NBCC SIGNS MoU WITH MAHA GOVT. FOR REDEVELOPMENT OF MANORA MLA HOSTEL

NBCC (India) Ltd. signed an Agreement with the Maharashtra Legislature Secretariat to redevelop Manora MLA Hostel in Mumbai on July 19, 2018. In august presence of Maharashtra Chief Minister, Devendra Fadnavis, the MoU has been signed between N K Shah, Director (Projects) on behalf of NBCC and Dr. Anant Kalse, Principal Secretary (Legislature Secretariat) on behalf of Govt. of Maharashtra. As per the
redevelopment plan proposed now, two towers of 50 and 30 floors including a five-storey podium will be constructed at the current site. The new towers shall be connected by a bridge. The project is expected to be completed in 30 months. The Hostels will have all
modern amenities including canteen facility.
