Home Minister Singh Dedicates Newly Constructed Constable Residential Houses Madhya Pradesh Police is Best in Country- Energy Minister Paras Jain The state government is making efforts to provide better facilities to the police officers-employees. As many as 25 thousand residential houses will be constructed by Madhya Pradesh Police Housing Corporation in the next five years. In this series, 128 residential houses are being dedicated today. This was said by the Minister for Home and Transport Bhupendra Singh on the occasion of dedication ceremony of residential houses built by the corporation at Idgah Hills.

Singh said that modern technology has been used for constructing this colony. Control on law and order situation is necessary for development of any state. Madhya Pradesh police is working praiseworthily day and night in this regard. The state government is committed to provide all possible better facilities to the police employees. Keeping in view the work quality and its completion within time, other departments are showing interest to undertake construction works from the corporation.

Minister for Energy Paras Jain mentioned that officers-employees of Madhya Pradesh Police are working hard day and night. It is necessary to provide them maximum facilities. He further mentioned that Madhya Pradesh police is best in the country. He stated that no untoward incident took place during the Kumbh last year owing to the hard work of Madhya Pradesh police. He said that 24 hours electricity is being provided by the state government. The electricity generation is 1700 m.w. in the state at present whereas consumption is just 1000 m.w. Madhya Pradesh is in a position today to sale electricity to other states.

MLA Arif Aqueel stated that quality of houses constructed by the corporation is praiseworthy. He urged to construct more houses in all the police station campuses of Bhopal.

DGP Rishi Kumar Shukla mentioned that there are always new challenges every day for police. Police face these challenges with diligence. Whether it is terrorism or naxalism, all have been put to an end by the alertness of police. He praised the work of the corporation. Chairman Sarabjeet Singh informed about the activities of the Corporation.

Managing Director of the Corporation Sanjay Rana delivered a vote of thanks. The colony built at a cost of Rs. 12 crore 80 lakh is housed with sewage treatment plant and solar energy unit
