Retirement of Mr. S. Ramadorai as Public Interest Director and Chairman of BSE Limited
Mumbai: March 8, 2016: Mr. S. Ramadorai, retired from the position ofChairman and Public Interest Directorship of BSE on 7TH March 2016. He was appointed as Public Interest Director and Chairman of the Board on 8thMarch 2010 and retired on 7th March 2016 after serving BSE for a distinguished period of 6 years.
The Board placed on record its appreciation for the VALUED DIRECTION and ABLE GUIDANCE of Mr. Ramadorai that led to multi-dimensional and diversified growth of the Exchange.The Governing Board of BSE has appointed Sudhakar Rao, Public Interest Director as Chairman of BSE subject to approval of SEBI.
