IPS Officers met on inordinated delay on review of pending 1983, 79 and 84 batches

It has been 3 to 4 times delay of 1982 batch.
In this concern IPS emergency meeting held recently in Delhi on many issues includes this issue of delay in review. Memorandum soon to be sent to Cabinat Secretary,Home Secretary and PMO through Secy IPSOSA.
