Financial Services Institutions Bureau interfaced with 6 candidates on January 30, 2023 for the positions of Managing Director in LIC of India. Financial Services Institutions Bureau has recommended the name of M Jagannath for the first vacancy of Managing Director (MD) of Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) of India. Also the Financial Services Institutions Bureau has recommended the name of Tablesh Pandey for second vacancy of MD, LIC of India. Presently there are four MDs, serving in LIC of India, two MDs are to retire this year.
