As sustainable and green development has always been at the core of NBCC’s building ventures. Particular care has been taken about the green cover at the East Kidwai Nagar Redevelopment Project which is a model of such initiatives.

East Kidwai Nagar Redevelopment has been a sustainable & green project since inception. Nearly 15050 trees have been planted here while another 1000 more will be planted. The project has also retained 440 old trees.

State-of-the-art Modular Rainwater harvesting pits have been installed at East Kidwai Nagar Redevelopment Project of NBCC to ensure that no surface drainage goes outside and is instead used for groundwater recharging.

Clean, green & sustainable EKN Redevelopment project to generate 1.5 MW solar energy through rooftop solar panels of which 1.1 MW operational & remaining under installation.

All light fixtures are LED & street lights use Solar energy.
