Chhattisgarh state government is taking all necessary actions which have determinant to combat the rampant Novel Corona virus. Today the government has issued the orders concerning the closure of all government offices except the government offices related to urgent emergency services for prevention and control of infection with Novel Corona virus. Through the order referred by the state government, guidelines were issued to maintain social distance regarding prevention and control of infection with Novel Corona virus in the government offices in the past. Revising the earlier order, the state government directs that by March 31, 2020, all the in-charge secretaries and department heads at the state level should make necessary official arrangements at their residence and edit the government work.

Other officers and employees of the department / head of the office should be combined in the work according to the minimum administrative requirement. Divisional level, from the government offices located at the district level, departments involved in handling corona virus infection such as health services, hospitals, and government offices related to the departments involved in maintaining the law system like Divisional Office, Inspector General of Police, Collectorate, Police Superintendent Office,
As per the orders, People should be motivated not to come to the operating offices. Officers – Employees should always be directed to keep in touch through mobile / telephone and other electronic means from the residence so that they can be called to the office if required. Officers appearing in the operating offices – There should be a minimum gap of 4 hours in every shift for the employees to attend and return from the office so that the possibility of contagion infection can be reduced.

The working government staff should be directed to come from the residence to the office through their own means of transport. This instruction shall not be applicable to the assembly. In connection with these instructions, all subordinate offices and concerned officers – employees should also be made aware.
