Capt. Raj K Malik, takes Over as ED (RCS) Airports Authority of India

New Delhi, 10th June, 2019: Capt. Raj K. Malik has taken over the charge of Executive Director (Regional Connectivity Scheme -UDAN) at Airports Authority of India w.e.f. 01.06.2019. AAI being the implementing agency for RCS-UDANunder the aegis of Ministry of Civil Aviation;as ED (RCS), AAI, his key responsibility will include effective and smooth implementation of Government of India`s Flagship Scheme –UDAN which aims to provide air connectivity to currently under-served and un-served airports across the country,promoting balanced regional growth and making flying affordable for masses.
Prior to his appointment as ED (RCS-UDAN), he has served as General Manager (Security) at Corporate Headquarters (CHQ), HOD, Security at IGI Airport, Indian Aviation Academy (IAA). With rich experience of 30 years in aviation sector, Capt. Malikalso held the post of Airport Director, Srinagar International Airport in the past.
